She will work alongside you to understand what is important to you and come up with a plan with you to tackle life's challenges. HIPs see people who are struggling with sleep, anxiety, low mood, lifestyle changes, relationship problems, stress, alcohol/drug issues, pain, or anything that has got you feeling ‘stuck’.
