Life can sometimes be a bag of worms! Between our jobs, families, relationships, financial worries and bereavements – things can get difficult. It happens to us all – we feel down or depressed and when it’s very bad we don’t even see the point in going on.
But there is always help at hand at MHC for those times you can’t cope. Any signs of anxiety, depression or an inability to cope should be dealt with by visiting a doctor in the first instance. They can assess you and see what help you might need.
And, if you need more than we can offer in-house, our GPs can refer you to other external services.
